Well one big component of how Apollo's powers work is that he's not going to pick up a lie that the person genuinely believes in. If she does believe she's talked to a ghost, that's not going to trigger his lie detection.

Also the one supernatural thing in Apollo's canon that he's actually encountered is spirit channeling, so he also has good reason to believe in ghosts anyway rofl.
